Dream Team Construction was founded in 2006 by Albert and Charonda Wills, along with Ryan and Kristian Hall. What started as a small Colorado Springs operation — with Albert passing out business cards at Home Depot — has grown into one of the region's most respected general contractors.
Charonda, who worked at AT&T in Indiana for 17 years, left her corporate career in 2010 to join the family business full-time. Her Master's degree in Business Management, combined with her real estate license with SellState Alliance Realty, brought the business acumen that helped Dream Team grow into a full-service construction and real estate company.
